I recently purchased the Orville Peck Mask in pastel pink and was incredibly disappointed, not only with the product itself but with the lack of customer service. To begin, the mask looked nothing like it did online. The color was not true to the photos whatsoever, and I purchased the mask with the intention of wearing it with a dress to match. Consequently, I didn’t even try the mask on and left it in its original packaging ready to be sent back for a full refund; however, upon contacting customer service, I was told they would not issue a refund. This was extremely unfortunate and disheartening considering I had never worn or even tried the product on. Not to mention, I had sent all the pertinent information that they requested in a timely manner. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing anything from this business again and would advise others to think twice about investing in DollysDLite products. Bad customer service keeps good customers away.
